SVYSA is a California public benefit corporation whose objectives are to develop, promote and administer the game of soccer among the youth of Sonoma Valley. Members of the Corporation are those who have paid soccer dues, those who have children playing in the League, and any current Board member. The Annual Meeting of the Corporation, where new Board members are elected, takes place on the first Monday of December, in Sonoma. Time and location to be posted here. Regular Board of Directors meetings take place on the first Wednesday of each month, with an additional meeting scheduled for the third Wednesday (on an as-needed basis only). |
